Student Fellowship FAQ


Below are answers to some of the frequently asked questions regarding the EDS student fellowships.


Can nomination and recommendation letters be sent directly from the individuals writing them?
-- YES. Applicants will be advised when letters are received at the EDS Executive Office.
Do I need to send a hard copy of my nomination package in the mail AND email an electronic version?
-- NO. We only need to receive the nomination package once, either via email or mail.
How will I know if my application package has been received?
-- EDS staff will contact you as items from your application package are received.
Can I submit my resume in place of the one page biographical sketch?
-- YES. Just be sure that it is only one page long and includes your mailing and email addresses.
