Special Issue on Advanced Technology for Ultra-Low Power Electronic Devices

A special issue of IEEE Journal of Electron Devices Society (J-EDS) entitled "Advanced Technology for Ultra-Low Power Electronic Devices" just hit the news stand. It can be accessed at http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/mostRecentIssue.jsp?punumber=6245494.

This Special Issue focuses on how one can minimize power dissipation at the solid-state device level. The scope covers all aspects of engineering including advanced process technologies, innovative use of materials, device concepts and structures.

This topic is very timely in view of the world energy conservation goal we all subscribe to as a technical community. It also supports the vision of IEEE Electron Devices Society namely "Promoting excellence in the field of Electron Devices for the benefit of humanity.

We look forward to your continued engagement with J-EDS as an author, reviewer and an editor in the future.
