Special Issue on “Selected papers from PowerMEMS 2021”
In conjunction with the PowerMEMS 2021, the Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems (JMEMS) is hosting a Special Issue on “Selected papers from PowerMEMS 2021”. We invite you to consider submitting full research papers based on your extended abstracts. Please note that all submissions will undergo a regular peer review process. Original manuscripts submitted to the conference proceedings will not be considered. Papers submitted to the special issue can contain the work presented at PowerMEMS 2021, provided that they also include new, unpublished results which further advance, or offer further insight into this field.
This Special Issue will be devoted to the topics presented at the PowerMEMS conference, focusing on all aspects of energy conversion and processing at the micro- and nano-scales, from basic principles, to materials and fabrication, to devices and systems, to applications. All energy domains are of interest, including, but not limited to: electrical, fluidic, gravitational, hydraulic, mechanical, nuclear, optical, pneumatic and thermal energy domains.
Submission Deadline: April 1, 2022
